eVent - software for energy optimization

Novenco now introduces eVent, a custom-made software for energy optimizing of HVAC systems onboard ships and offshore installations. The eVent software focuses on how to choose the right systems according to design and operating conditions. An eVent review shows the savings in fuel costs and CO2 emissions.
For a typical offshore vessel fuel costs and CO2 emissions related to the HVAC system can be reduced by more than 50%.

Contracting manager Roald Hauge at Novenco Bergen states that especially ship owners will be surprised by the results of an eVent review: “Because our focus is on high efficiency products and how to make a modern HVAC system, then the payback time on additional investments becomes surprisingly short. Another result is that many of the components are becoming smaller. This will again reduce the size of piping and electrical installations, making the installation easier and reducing the cost for shipyards”.

As a part of this green economy focus Novenco have already released the new ZerAx (Zero emission Axial flow fan), which brings a new standard in the efficiency of axial fans to the ventilation industry.
